Frequently Asked Questions
Visit app.sitemagic.work/register and enter your email address and create a password. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account. Once verified, you can start using SiteMagic immediately.
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.
Yes! SiteMagic is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. Access it at app.sitemagic.work on any device. Your data syncs automatically across all your devices.
Navigate to Quotes and click "New Quote". Select or create a client, add your line items with descriptions and pricing, then click "Send" to email it directly to your client. They'll receive a professional quote they can view and accept online.
Open a project and go to the Gallery tab. Click "Upload" to add photos from your device, or use the camera button on mobile to take photos directly. You can organise photos into folders and share galleries with clients.
SiteMagic is designed for all trades including builders, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, landscapers, and more. During setup, you can select your trade categories to customise the experience for your business.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We use secure password hashing, regular security assessments, and your data is backed up regularly. We never sell or share your data with third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings in the app and select "Delete Account", or email us at support@sitemagic.work with your request. We'll process your request within 7 days.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more.
The free plan includes unlimited clients and projects, quotes and invoices, site surveys (3 photos each), time and mileage tracking, and up to 5 photos per project. It's a great way to try SiteMagic before upgrading. See our pricing page for full details.
Free users can upload 5 photos per project and 3 photos per site survey. Basic plan users get 20 photos per project and unlimited site survey photos. Enterprise users have unlimited photos everywhere. Your existing photos are never deleted if you downgrade.
Log in to your account, go to Settings and select "Subscription". From there you can upgrade, downgrade, or manage your billing. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, or at the end of your billing period for downgrades.
Yes, you can cancel anytime with no long-term commitment. Go to Settings > Subscription to cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your data remains safe and accessible on the free plan.
